As a Senior Food Contact Material Specialist at Société des Produits Nestlé, your mission is to strengthen food contact material compliance and food safety by design across beverage systems. You'll make a difference by collaborating closely with quality, regulatory, legal, manufacturing, business teams and suppliers. How you'll make an impact as a Senior Food Contact Material Specialist

  • Ensuring food contact materials are safe, compliant and designed to protect consumers across packaging, lines and machines.
  • Guiding product and system development with practical compliance advice that enables launches with confidence.
  • Building capability in research and development teams so compliance is embedded early and teams grow their autonomy.
  • Translating regulatory changes into clear action plans that keep products, processes and communications aligned.
  • Connecting internal experts and external partners to strengthen quality, food safety and business decision-making.
  • Contributing expert input to industry discussions and authority exchanges on food contact material topics.

What will make you successful

  • Bringing solid experience in food contact materials, quality and regulatory compliance in a food, beverage or packaging environment.
  • Applying food contact science, raw material understanding and finished product insight to practical compliance decisions, supported by a degree or equivalent qualification in science or chemistry for packaging.
  • Using a certificate or master's degree in regulatory affairs or chemistry as an advantage, together with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Collaborating in networks with a continuous improvement mindset, customer focus and solution-oriented approach.
  • Contributing with relevant exposure to regulatory environments or quality networks, without needing to match a fixed number of years.
  • Communicating fluently in English.
  • Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
