Import-Export Coordinator

ROLE
- Coordination of sales orders flows, completion of transactions from quotations to deliveries including invoicing and customs clearances, master data maintenance
- Coordination of the shipments process including shipping documentation and monitoring, communication of the status and delays, maintenance of import-export files according to the regulations and policies
- Record and validate shipments through certification/verification bodies when required
- Perform customs classification and determination of origins for shipped goods, according to free trade agreements or non-preferential origin regulations
- Set-up Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with forwarders and partners
- POC for operational customers activities, ensuring a high quality of service
- Communication with customers, partners including freight forwarders, transporters and customs authorities is key
PROFILE
- Technical training in exports. Federal Diploma in exportation is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of international trade and customs regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
- Rigorous, flexible, with good communication skills
- Strong team player and customer oriented
- Strong command of SAP (module SD and MM, GTS is a plus)
- Fluent in French and English, Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP
