Your mission

• Real impact Software that protects people - true ownership of safety critical SIL3 products.
• Develop robust C/C++ firmware for elevator safety systems.
• Build meaningful test coverage for verification and certification.
• Solve complex field issues and strengthen product reliability.
• Work closely with hardware, quality, production and certification partners.
• Room to explore diagnostics, IoT and data-driven product improvement.

Your profile

• Strong embedded C/C++ skills for real-time microcontroller systems.
• Sound understanding of reliable firmware design and structured releases.
• Experience with functional safety, ideally SIL2/SIL3.
• Confident in testing, verification, documentation and version control.
• Systematic, quality-driven mindset with clear ownership.
• Fluent in written English and German.
