Smartsheet Architect - PLCM Launch Execution

Build scalable Smartsheet solutions to support product launches, lifecycle execution and supply-chain readiness.

We are looking for an experienced Smartsheet Architect to support product launch and lifecycle execution within a Global Supply Chain environment. The successful candidate will design and build scalable Smartsheet structures that enhance cross-functional planning, milestone tracking, reporting and governance.

Working closely with Product Lifecycle Management, Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, S&OP, Manufacturing and Distribution stakeholders, you will:

• Design, build and maintain integrated Smartsheet solutions, dashboards, trackers and reporting structures
• Translate business and programme requirements into practical, user-friendly Smartsheet workflows
• Coordinate activities across new market launches, product variations and supply-readiness initiatives
• Maintain launch plans, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, action logs and ownership records
• Track risks, issues and constraints, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation
• Prepare launch-readiness updates, decision logs, dashboards and executive-level briefing materials
• Consolidate complex cross-functional information into clear and concise management reporting
• Document decisions, assumptions, process gaps and lessons learned
• Recommend improvements to templates, processes and portfolio-level visibility
• Independently manage assigned workstreams and priorities in a dynamic programme environment

Our client is an international organization operating within a highly regulated life sciences environment. The role sits within the Global Supply Chain function and supports a strategic business transformation programme.

• Proven experience designing and building comparable Smartsheet structures, workflows, dashboards and reporting solutions
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in supply chain, product launches, lifecycle management, manufacturing coordination, project management or a similar operational environment
• Strong understanding of integrated planning, milestone management, dependency tracking and governance reporting
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple functions, stakeholders or markets
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to follow up effectively across diverse teams
• Excellent analytical, organisational and written communication skills
• Ability to simplify complex information and produce clear, executive-ready updates
• Confidence managing ambiguity, multiple priorities, risks and escalations with limited supervision
• Full-time availability with an ASAP start
• Availability to work in Baar, Canton of Zug
